Vixxol Corporation manufactures hot melt adhesives, food additives, and animal nutrition and health products. The company also distributes raw chemical materials such as amino acids, aspartame, caramel and others.
Vixxol's adhesives division is recognized as a leader in the domestic industry. The company also supplies hot melt adhesives and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives to overseas markets.
Vixxol provides special adhesives for packaging, bookbinding, assembly and sanitary napkins. In addition, the company offers its customers full support and consultation regarding their special needs.
The company was founded in 1968 as the exclusive Korean agent for Hoffman-La Roche of Switzerland. In 1976, the company was incorporated as Tae Kyung Ltd., and was re-launched as VIXXOL Corporation in 2001. The company has more than sixty employees, including 10 skilled adhesive researchers and quality control staff. Annual revenues are around USD17 million, 35% of which comes from exports.
